Ashburton Food Forest proposed - meeting Saturday 19 November

A group has formed to do an enviro project in Ashburton and we have decided to propose a food forest.  The group was initiated and is led by Shau Teo of the Craig Family Centre's Sustainable Neighbourhoods Project in Ashburton.  And so far the council seems rather interested.

We will meet and chat about food forests and look at two gardens and maybe the three suggested sites.
  • When: Sat 19th of November, 10am to 2pm
  • Where: starting at 18 Laurel St, Ashburton
  • Bring: A plate of food to share.

Cost: Free but booking essential - (since the number of visitors is limited to 30)
